DTV switchover - can you still tape other channels? - watch one channel and tape another
My mother loves to watch a TV channel and tape another. I was told that the digital transition coming in the next year, the channel is to save the TV "look." Is that true? What are our options? Currently still plans on the field, but be open for a new TV, if it helps. She lives at home - cable is not an option, but it can if required to do via satellite. I know nothing about this case. Please help!

First, I'm assuming you will be your TV from an antenna, cable or satellite, not always. She wanted a converter seconds. The converters are primarily the TV tuner or VCR. Installing a converter box between the antenna and the VCR and Phase-channels with the box.
The government is giving away $ 40 vouchers to buy converters. They allow two coupons per household. You can send a request to http://www.dtv2009.gov.
If you have cable or satellite, you do not need a converter.
Hope this helps. Please go back and choose the best answer of all the products submitted.
